Netflix has released the Holy Family trailer, which is an upcoming Spanish thriller drama series that will launch next month on the platform. The series was created by Manolo Caro (known for The House of Flowers, Someone has to die) with the screenplay written by Fernando Pérez and Mara Miranda.
"A family relocating to Madrid begins to unravel a shocking truth, where new relationships complicate their plans, and the past begins to catch up with them," according to the series' official synopsis. Gloria's life and her baby Aitana have been tense as a result of the change in direction.
Gloria's past is threatening to surface, and she will do anything to keep her family safe at all costs, according to the synopsis.
Najwa Nimri, Carla Campra, Iván Pellicer, Alba Flores, lex Garca, Macarena Gómez, lvaro Rico, Jon Olivares, Ella Kweku, Nicolás Illoro, and Laura Laprida are among the cast members of the series. The most sacred thing about this family is that everyone gathers to eat dinner.
As we are introduced to the mothers, a two-minute and five-second long trailer begins with someone playing the piano. The video's narration explains how a mother is the start of everything, from bringing a child to life to protecting them for the rest of their lives. Our protagonists are Gloria, Abel, and Aitana, who all seem to have a few secrets to hide.
The narration tries to interpret a mother's love as flexible, accurate, and full of venom. Followed by some disturbing images of things burning down to betrayal and breaking down things to a burning car falling off a cliff.
