Check Out What's Coming to New York Comic Con in 2022 ...

The 2022 New York Comic Con will feature television panels, including a return from NYCC's Outlander. Talent from Ghosts, Pennyworth, Chucky, One of Us is Lying, and Good Omens (it's about time we learn something new about season two!) will all be participating in panels throughout the four-day event.

The Walking Dead is continuing its NYCC farewell tour, and The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power will invite visitors to learn more about Middle-Earth. Panels will also be held for His Dark Materials, Titans, Solar Opposites, Wolf Pack, The Peripheral, and the long-awaited fourth season of Manifest.

Here's a look at what's on the line for the 2022 New York Comic Con in person (and virtual) at the Javits Center. Most of the descriptions are from the NYCC.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 6TH:

Big City Greens – 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM, Location: 405 “We're going to the City!” Join the cast and creators of the Disney Channel animated series Big City Greens to discuss their influences, answer fan questions, and get an exclusive sneak peek!

Ghosts Exclusive Screening and Panel – 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM, Location: Main Stage Welcome to Woodstone! GHOSTS, TV's #1 new series and fan favorite phenomenon, follows Samantha and Jay a couple who discover that their new dream house is inhabited by ghosts that only Samantha can see and hear. Join select cast members and executive producers for an exclusive sneak peek of an episode from Season Two followed by a lively and "spirited" panel discussion.

The Owl House – 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM, Location: 405 Hoot Hoot! Join Dana Terrace and select cast members as they discuss the Peabody Award-winning animated series, the thrilling adventures that fans can expect ahead of its season three premiere on Disney Channel.

Pennyworth: The Origin of Batman's Butler – 3:15 PM – 4:30 PM, Location: 401 The DC origin series Pennyworth: The Origin of Batman's Butler follows Alfred Pennyworth, a former British SAS soldier, who starts a security company in 1960s London and becomes Bruce Wayne's parents. Season three, which will premiere October 6 as a Max Original, begins with a five-year time jump: the civil conflict is over, and a cultural revolution has ushered in

Velma – 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM, Location: Warner Bros. Animation, Velma is an adult animated comedy series examining Velma Dinkley's origin story and the underappreciated brains of the Scooby-Doo Mystery Inc. gang. An original and humorous spin that uncovers the complex and colorful past of one of America's most beloved mystery solvers.

Koala Man – 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM, Location: 405 Join Rick and Morty and Pokémon Detective Pikachu's creators at Hulu's World Premiere screening, followed by a Q&A to learn everything about the suburban Aussie superhero!

One of Us Is Lying – 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Location: 401 Panel with the cast and showrunner of One of Us Is Lying to discuss where we left off in season 1 and tease season 2 which will premiere exclusively on Peacock on October 20 2022. Everyone is a suspect, and everyone has something to hide.

The Bayview Four have a very deadly secret following the heartbreaking conclusion of Season One. In Season 2, we'll see just how far they'll go to protect their secret, themselves, and each other. Season 2 premieres on Peacock on October 20 2022.

His Dark Materials – 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM, Location: Main Stage In Philip Pullman's epic His Dark Materials fantasy trilogy, Lyra (Dafne Keen), the prophesied child, and Will (Amir Wilson), the bearer of The Subtle Knife, must journey to a dark place from which no one has ever returned. But as her father, Lord Asriel (James McAvoy), great war against the Authority draws closer, they will learn that saving the world

Solar Opposites – 6:15 PM – 7:00 PM Location: 405 Join our panel for an out-of-this-world conversation with co-creators and executive producers Justin Roiland and Mike McMahan, as well as executive producers Josh Bycel and Danielle Uhlarik on season three and the newly released Halloween special on Hulu, as well as what the Solars have to offer, including an exclusive look at season four and exciting news.

Significant Other – 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM, Location: 401 Panel with the cast and creators of the high-concept thriller Significant Other. Starring Jake Lacy (WHITE LOTUS) and Maika Monroe (IT FOLLOWS), with directors/writers Dan Berk and Robert Olsen (VILLAINS; BODY).

Mayfair Witches: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Location: Main Stage Based on the best-selling Anne Rice trilogy, this contemporary gothic romance series with a terrifying mystery set in a decaying mansion in New Orleans' Garden District will feature. Plus, we will reveal an exclusive feature from the series, which will debut in early 2023.

The Midnight Club – 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM, Location: 405 Want to know a scary story? Before midnight, get to see The Midnight Club's World Premiere at New York Comic Con. Follow the screening, join series creator Mike Flanagan and special guests for what promises to be an exciting panel.

The Legend of Vox Machina – 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM, Location: Empire Stage Join the executive producers and cast of The Legend of Vox Machina for an exclusive sneak peek of what's to come in the highly anticipated second season of the animated series. Based on the familiar characters and adventures from Critical Role's first livestreamed tabletop role-playing game campaign, this fantasy adventure quickly blossomed into an animated sensation.

Vox Machina is faced with rescuing the world once again from a deadly group of dragons known as the Chroma Conclave after escaping evil and destruction at the hands of the most terrifying power couple in Exandria.

THE 7TH OF OCTOBER, FRIDAY

Ghost Brothers: Lights Out – 10:45 AM – 11:45 AM Location: 401 Dalen Spratt, Juwan Mass, and Marcus Harvey are all looking for the truth in the spiritual realm, and with multiple TV series and a podcast, the trio has a lot to offer viewers about their haunts and trips.

Season 2 of Ghost Brothers: Lights Out launches Friday, October 7 with a three-episode discovery+ marathon.

Good Omens – 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Location: Empire Stage In 2019, Aziraphale and Crowley aided in the rescue of the world from the Apocalypse. Next year, they'll return to investigate a mystery that takes in all of Heaven and Hell. Some of the crew and creators will return to New York Comic Con for a special fan Q&A.

Prepare to ask your questions and get ready to discuss our favorite angel and demon behind-the-scenes. Perhaps some of your most pressing concerns about what you can expect in Season Two will be answered with more than a "wait and see."

Location: Main Stage (Krapopolis) 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM Join creator Dan Harmon (Rick and Morty) for an in-depth discussion on his upcoming animated series, Krapopolis. Set in mythical ancient Greece, Krapopolis centers on a flawed family of humans, gods, and monsters who tries to build one of the world's first cities without killing each other.

Krapopolis is the first blockchain-based animated series to premiere in 2023 on FOX.

The Mysterious Benedict Society – 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM, Location: Main Stage The Mysterious Benedict Society is returning to Disney+ for season two!! Join our cast and crew of actors, Tony Hale, Kristen Schaal, Seth Carr, Emmy DeOliveira, and Marta Kessler as they discuss all of the adventures coming up this season, as well as an exclusive sneak peek screening of the season two premiere episode!

American Born Chinese – 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM, Location: Main Stage Join the cast and creative team of the highly anticipated Disney+ Original series American Born Chinese, a genre-hopping action comedy based on a graphic novel of the same name. The series follows the life of Chinese American teen Jin Wang as he navigates high school and unexpectedly finds himself entangled in a Chinese mythological battle.

A moderated panel with Q&A will give attendees a behind-the-scenes view of the series' development as well as a first look at the action-packed, coming-of-age adventure that explores identity, culture, and family while introducing Western audiences to popular Chinese mythological figures.

Chucky – 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM, Location: Empire Stage Your friend ’til the end is back with a vengeance, ready to add new and returning favorites to his kill list! Jennifer Tilly (Tiffany Valentine), Zackary Arthur (Jake Wheeler) and other surprise guests answer your questions and give you an exclusive sneak peek of the second episode of the new season on October 12th.

The Wheel of Time and The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power – 4:15 PM – 6:15 PM, Location: Empire Stage Prime Video offers a dream programming block for the fantasy enthusiast when The Wheel of Time and The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power take to New York Comic Con's Empire Stage for back-to-back panels with series artists from each show.

The cast and creative team behind The Wheel of Time will gather in New York for their first in-person Comic Con following their season-long adventure that culminated in a showdown with The Dark One and the shocking revelation of The Dragon Reborn's identity. Join series stars and showrunner Rafe Judkins as they reflect back on their Season One journey, both on and off screen, as well as offer a few glimpses into the hotly anticipated second season.

The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power will be discussed in an in-depth panel discussion involving the first seven episodes of this groundbreaking series. Following an ensemble cast of characters as they confront the return of evil to Middle-Earth, you'll find some fun behind-the-scenes stories, as well as hints about the long-awaited season finale.

Reginald the Vampire – 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM, Location: 405 Join Em Haine, Savannah Basley, Harley Peyton, and Jeremiah Chechik in a moderated conversation with other cast and creators. Enjoy an exclusive, extended sneak peek at the second episode of the series on October 12th.

6:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Location: Main Stage The wolves return to Comic Con with creator Jeff Davis joining back-to-back discussions with the film and series' cast to discuss the upcoming film and what to anticipate from the new series.

Let the Right One In is open from 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM, with Demián Bichir (A Better Life) and rising star Madison Taylor Baez as stars. Eleanor Kane (Baez) lives a closed-in existence, while her father tries his best to provide her with the human blood she requires to stay alive.

Anika Noni Rose (Dreamgirls), Grace Gummer (Mr. Robot), Kevin Carroll (Snowfall), Ian Foreman (Merry Wish-Mas), Jacob Buster (Colony), and Nick Stahl (Fear the Walking Dead) all star in the series.

THE 8TH OF STURDAY, OCTOBER 8TH:

Oddballs is open to the public from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM, and is hosted by Netflix. Oddballs is based on the Odd1sOut YouTube channel, which has grown to over 18 million subscribers in just over two weeks. James Rallison, the creator of Odd1sOut and Oddballs, will be there to answer questions and reveal behind-the-scenes stories about the series' creation.

Location: The Peripheral 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Main Stage Immerse yourself in the world of The Peripheral. Join series stars Chlo Grace Moretz, Gary Carr, T'Nia Miller, and Director Vincenzo Natali as they introduce fans to the sci-fi thriller The Peripheral.

The Peripheral is based on William Gibson's best-selling novel of the same name, and gives viewers a hallucinatory glimpse into humanity's destiny and what lies beyond.

Smallville Reunion – 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM, Location: Main Stage Smallville, the pioneering superhero drama, became a TV sensation 20 years ago. Join Tom Welling (Clark Kent), Erica Durance (Lois Lane), Kristin Kreuk (Lana Lang) and John Glover (Lionel Kent) as they reflect on the show's history and answer fan questions!

2:00 PM – 3:00 PM, Location: Main Stage Join the cast of Netflix's hit fantasy series Shadow & Bone as they talk about the show's first season and answer fan questions!

Location: 401 Manifest – 3:45 PM – 4:45 PM – Jeff Rake and the cast of Manifest discuss the hit series and what to expect from the epic fourth and final season.

Star Trek Shows – 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM, Location: Empire Stage The fan-favorite Star Trek universe panel returns to New York Comic Con, featuring interviews with the cast and executive producers of Star Trek: Picard and the beloved animated series Star Trek: Prodigy.

Patrick Stewart, Jonathan Frakes, LeVar Burton, Brent Spiner, Marina Sirtis, and Michael Dorn return to the NYCC stage this year, alongside Executive Producers Alex Kurtzman, Rod Roddenberry, Kevin Hageman, Dan Hageman, and Ben Hibon as they discuss what's ahead.

The Walking Dead – 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Location: The Walking Dead's main stage actors and creatives discuss the highly anticipated last episodes of the decade-long apocalyptic drama. Discover the mysteries of this beloved series and characters as we follow their arcs in the recently launched final eight episodes of this epic final season on AMC and AMC+.

Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur from Marvel – 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM, Location: 405 Moon Girl Magic! Join the cast and creative team behind Disney Branded Television's highly anticipated animated series Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur ahead of its launch on Disney Channel and Disney+ in 2023.

Empire Stage Darkness descends on New York Comic Con in the form of Wednesday Addams, the iconic Wednesday Addams. Join the cast of Netflix's upcoming sleuthing, supernaturally infused mystery series Wednesday, including breakout star Jenna Ortega, showrunners Alfred Gough, Miles Millar, and others for an action-packed panel that promises many creepy and kooky surprises!

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 9TH:

Outlander – 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM, Location: Empire Stage This is a must see event for Outlander fans! Join series stars Sam Heughan (Jamie Fraser), Duncan LaCroix (Murtaugh Fraser) and David Berry (Lord John Grey) as they discuss their time working on such a beloved program and all things Outlander!

Batwheels – 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Location: 401 The newest heroes of Gotham City are coming to New York Comic Con for a special panel and screening featuring the premiere of two never-before-seen episodes of Batwheels. Join series producers and members of the voice cast for a peek beneath the hood of DC's first-ever Batman preschool animated series coming soon to Cartoonito on Cartoon Network and Cartoonito on HBO Max.

The Muppets Mayhem is a brand-new series that will be available on Disney+ in 2023, following the legendary Electric Mayhem band as they navigate the music world of Los Angeles with one goal – to record their first album! Join the "human" actors of the series, as well as co-creators and executive producers Adam F. Goldberg, Jeff Yorkes, and Bill Barretta for exciting news and exclusive footage!

The Winchesters – 2:00 PM – 3:15 PM, Location: Empire Stage The Winchesters were the parents of John and Mary, and the Supernatural prequel series is the untold love story of how John Winchester and Mary Campbell met, fell in love, and established a demon-hunting family on their own. Join cast and producers for a screening of the pilot, followed by a Q&A.

Robbie Thompson, Jensen Ackles, and David H. Goodman direct the show. The cast includes Meg Donnelly, Drake Rodger, Nida Khurshid, Jonathan "JoJo" Fleites, Demetria Kinney, Bianca Kajlich, and Jensen Ackles. Glen Winter directed the pilot, which he also served as executive producer.

The Winchesters premieres on The CW on October 11, and is produced by Chaos Machine Productions in collaboration with Warner Bros. Television and CBS Studios.

Kindred is available at 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM, location: 405 Octavia Butler lovers rejoice! Kindred is the first adaptation of Octavia Butler's famous novel to be made into television or film. Be among the first to see footage from the series before its fall premiere exclusively on Hulu.

Dana, a young Black woman and aspiring writer who sabotages her NYC childhood of familial obligation to establish a life in Los Angeles that she will for the time be proud of. However, before she can settle herself into her new home, she is forced violently back and forth in time to a 19th century plantation with which she and her family are surprising and intimately connected.

Doom Patrol and Titans – 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM, Location: Main Stage

The popular DC series makes its New York Comic Con debut, following a main stage chat with the cast of Doom Patrol and a panel discussion with the Titans' executive producer and cast.

The Doom Patrol's fourth season will take them to the future for an unexpected surprise. Having to choose once and for all whether or not they wish to die, the Doom Patrol must decide for themselves and for the world's fate. Join series stars Brendan Fraser, Diane Guerrero, April Bowlby, Joivan Wade, and Michelle Gomez for an exclusive discussion and first look of the upcoming season.

Titans, which will be released this November on HBO Max, is a team that has saved Gotham and is on the road to San Francisco.
