Concorde Career Colleges is opening the Nursing Program in Memphis
The Concorde Career Colleges announced a new Associate of Science in Nursing Practice program at its Memphis campus on Sept. 14, 2021. The program will provide ten students with specialized knowledge of the sciences and the education profession as
Classes begin on November 8, 2021.
According to The Bureau of Labor Statistics, the number of registered nurses (RNs) working in the province will grow from 2019 to 2029 by 7% from 2023, due to the aging population of baby boomers and the increased emphasis According to the American Nurses Association, there could be around 100,000 registered nursing jobs by 2022, which is much more common in other professions.
As an RN, Concorde's Associate Degree in Nursing Practice program provides students with hands-on training in hospitals, clinics and private practice settings, and the skills necessary to practice safely and efficiently as an instructor. The program is fast-paced, with 77 credit hours expected to be completed within a few months.

Students can pursue a wide range of career opportunities with the help of an ASN. For example, students can take dozens of jobs, including:
- Acute care nursing is a nursing profession.
- Geriatric nursing is a geriatic nursing practice.
- Pediatric nursing
- Clinical nurse liaison with the Clinic Nurse sy Licensed
- Home care nursing care in the nursing home is a care home nursing nursing.
Nursing courses will be a combination of classroom learning, hands-on learning in the skills lab and simulations lab, as well as real-life experiences in physiotherapy. Concorde-Memphis has enthusiastic faculty dedicated to helping students achieve high-level nursing degrees.
The program prepares students to apply for the national Council's licensure examination for Registered Nurses and the Tennessee Board of Nursing for licence.
