Motorola Moto Razr 2022 with SD8+ Gen 1 Announced
Motorola has released the Moto Razr 2022, its own clamshell foldable phone, which was previously developed for the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4, although the similarities between the two new versions of the popular folding phone form factor are much deeper. Motorola has announced two new high-end Motorola smartphones recently in China, including the folding mobile, which was the main draw at the event.
The Motorola Razr has a 6.7-inch screen, complete with a punch-hole camera notch and a powerful Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset (though in the Flip this screen has a higher refresh rate at 144Hz), its larger outer screen (when the device is closed) at 2.7 inches, its higher-resolution selfie camera at 32MP, and its, in our opinion at least, more attractive design.
The Moto Razr 2022 cost $999.99/999/AU $1,499 asking price in China, so take this with a grain of salt for the time being. Despite the fact that the Razr 2020 costs a lot less, it appears to have changed the game.
