Olivia Wilde lashes out at ex Jason Sudeikis for a harsh spell in papers ...

When Olivia Wilde was presented legal papers during a panel in April, she believed Jason Sudeikis was aggressively embarrassing and threatened her.

According to new court records from the Daily Mail on Wednesday, Wilde claims that the Sudeikis used outrageous legal techniques.

Jason's actions were clearly intended to scare me and catch me off guard, according to Wilde, 38, who was accused in the filing. He may have served me discreetly, but instead he chose to serve me in the most aggressive manner possible.

According to the director of Booksmart, Sudeikis, 46, was deliberately trying to communicate their personal concerns to the public in a manner that isn't fair to their two children: Otis, 8, and Daisy, 5.

Jason would embarrass me professionally and display our personal damage in this manner, according to Wilde. Since Jason has stated that we will not be permitted to work this out for our children outside of the court system, I filed a petition for custody in Los Angeles.

While she was on stage in front of nearly 4,000 people at CinemaCon, the Ted Lasso actress served Wilde with legal documents about child custody.

At the time, Page Six reported that Wilde was murdered and disgraced.

Olivia was tasked with receiving the envelope, and she became even more consternated when she opened it, according to the source. It seemed unimaginable to her, and it took a moment to get started, but she did not want to respond.

Despite a source close to Sudeikis, Page Six had exclusively claimed that he had no previous knowledge of the time or place that the envelope would have been shipped, and he would never condone [Wilde] being served in such a shambles.

Sudeikis and Wilde had been co-parenting their children since requesting their engagement and breaking up in 2020, but the actor decided to fight over custody when the couple decided to build a permanent facility for their children.

Wilde claims that the duo agreed to send their children to school in LA for the upcoming year in court in court docs, citing that as Sudeikis was planning to film Ted Lasso's final season in London.

Jason decided to go to New York for the next year while he is not working, and wanted the children to attend the time off, according to Jason. When I did not agree, Jason filed these papers.

In a plea to the court, the Sudeikis denied that their Brooklyn home has always been the family's permanent residence, and that Wilde is making efforts to make a quick one by insisting their children live in LA.

Sudeikis said in a filing that it was best for their children to grow up in Brooklyn for the better or worse.

He added that he was concerned that Wilde would take their kids away from him after allegedly telling him that she would only allow him to see their kids on weekends and holidays if he didnt leave him permanently in LA, and that she also wished to relocate to London, where her boyfriend, Harry Styles, lives.

Sudeikis asserted that legal documents would be sent to Wilde at an airport or at her hotel after several attempts. However, she was able to be reunited at the event by a mail, where the process server provided her the confidential envelope.

I understand that the process server had only performed her job; however, I profoundly regret what happened. Olivia's talk was an important experience for Olivia, both professionally and personally, and I am very, very sorry that the incident affected her special moment, according to Sudeikis.

Wilde has been dating Styles since January 2021. During the relationship, Sudeikis has been linked to model Keeley Hazell.
