The LAPD informed HollywoodLife on Aug. 8, a toxicology assessment for Annes blood was being performed. Today, an update has emerged that there is an ongoing investigation pending a blood test. The driver will be charged with a misdemeanor punch and run, according to a prosecutor. The LAPD official did not confirm that the pending blood test was for the actress, but HL was able to confirm the matter independently.

ORIGINAL STORY: On August 5, vanish actress Anne Heche was taken to the hospital after crash into an apartment complex and then a residential home in Los Angeles.
