House of the Dragon, a upcoming American fantasy drama television series led by Ryan J. Condal and George R. Martin, Miguel Sapochnik, Vince Gerardis, Sara Lee Hess, and Ron Schmidt, are some of the executive producers of the show.
In October 2019, the series will premiere with cast beginning in July 2020, and main photography beginning in April 2021 in the United Kingdom. Its first season will consist of ten episodes.

Plot and Cast of House of the Dragon
The Dance of the Dragons, a Targaryen civil war that took place in Westeros, and is referenced in both Fire and Blood and The World of Ice and Fire. In two novellas, the Princess and the Queen and The Rogue Prince will also explore this particular battle of succession.
On July 20, HBO released the official trailer for the series, which combines all of Game of Thrones goodness, including Milly Alcocks Young Rhaenyra, the all-platinum-blonde Targaryen family, and a very dark cover of the Velvet Undergrounds Venus in Furs.
Paddy Considine, Emma DArcy, Milly Alcock, Olivia Cooke, Emily Carey, Eve Best, Fabien Frankel, Sonoya Mizuno, Rhys Ifans, and others are among the stars expected.

The series will be broadcast on the SkysSoHoTV channel and on Netflix in New Zealand and by Disney+ Hotstar in India.
A third fantasy juggernaut, Amazons The Rings of Power, will debut on September 2. The series is distributed by Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution.
