According to an article published by the American Society of Actuaries (SSOA), Lifestyle improvements enhance the health and life expectancy of younger adults, and contribute to post-retirement life, in the journal "The New York Times The research, "Maximizing Health Span: A Literature Review on the Impact of a Healthy Lifestyle on Retirement", explores key health interventions that help long life, but also improve the health of others.
