Alfa Laval collaborates with Schneider Electric to analyze and improve the company's energy performance
LUND, Sweden, Sept. 15, 2021 /PRNewswire/ p. Alfa Laval is expanding its global collaboration with Schneider Electric to digitize and analyze data to improve operational efficiency. The two companies will use real-time energy consumption data across sites, countries and regions to identify and define energy efficiency projects. The collaboration is part of Alfa Laval's efforts to become carbon neutral across the value chain by 2030.
The collaboration with Schneider Electric started in 2019 and was designed to digitize the company's energy infrastructure. Through the analysis of energy consumption data across the business, we identified energy efficiency projects and initiatives to reduce energy usage and cost across countries, countries and regions. The two companies will develop a roadmap for extended use of renewable energy in this next step, based on the roadmap of Alfa Laval, which is aimed at extending the use to future use, the switching from natural gas to other Alfa Laval has set a target of becoming carbon neutral by 2030 across the value chain, and this collaboration is envious of the ambitious goal.
