Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson have welcomed their first child via surrogate ...

Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson have welcomed their second child together, a baby boy, according to a rep for the reality star exclusively on Page Six.

On July 13, the on-again, off-again couple announced that they were expecting a son, seven months after their last breakup.

Khloe's rep told Page Six at the time she's extremely grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a wonderful gift.

According to the statement, we would like to demand kindness and quiet so that Khloe may focus on her family.

Kardashian, 38, and Thompson, 31, are not back together and have not spoken outside of coparenting their 4-year-old daughter, True, according to an insider.

True, the Kardashians' star, was welcomed in April 2018, one year after the athlete became a father to his now 5-year-old son Prince. Craig, an ex-Jordan Craig.

Kardashian and Thompson parted in February 2019 after several cheating allegations on his part, but they reconciled the following year, only for the NBA player to be unfaithful again.

In court filings filed nine months later, Thompson admitted to having sex with Maralee Nichols in March 2021.

Kim Kardashian said in a June episode of the family's Hulu show documenting the December 2021 drama.

The 41-year-old Skims founder also mentioned that Nichols was expecting a son, saying, "It's so sad that [Khloe] wants a baby boy. Is this a fking random that he sleeps with one night?" Fk him!

Later that same month, Nichols gave birth to a son named Theo.

When the news of Thompson's death was released, Kylie Jenner referred to him as the worst person on the planet, while Kourtney Kardashian slammed his never-ending betrayal.

Khloe admitted to Robin Roberts in April that Thompson isn't the guy for her, and she is now dating a private equity investor. She and Thompson conceived their son in November 2021, before his previous sins were discovered.

The former couple was open about their intentions to give True a sister prior to their separation.

In a February 2021 interview with Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Khloe said, "I feel like it's time to have another kid."

I'm willing to do the whole pregnancy thing again, and the former E! personality was added at the time. This process may take time, but I'm not sure. I want to be prepared.

Khloe told Andy Cohen that their surrogate failed four months later, stating, "It's a very lengthy and difficult process."
