Although Marvel Studios has already teased that the upcomingShe-Hulk: Attorney at Lawseries would be a cameo-fest when it premieres on Disney+ later this month, no one could have predicted what it might be like until the studio released a Comic-Con teaser for the project, which included the likes of Wong from Doctor Strange,Abomination from The Incredible Hulk, and, most surprising, Daredevil.
At the end of theShe-Hulkpromo, Marvel's Man Without Fear swooped in full costume, for the first time in a year's Spider-Man: No Way Home, fans got a glimpse of the hero dressed up in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Audiences around the world have been given an even greater glimpse of Charlie Cox's Scarlet Avenger just weeks after the debut of She-Hulk.
Daredevil Gets New Digs
The official She-Hulk Twitter account has shared a new look at Daredevil in the upcoming Disney+ series, as well as glimpses of a few other characters, such as Benedict Wong's Wong and Tim Roth's Abomination.
With a few more pops of color, Charlie Cox's Matt Murdock's new outfit is quite similar to the one he wore in Netflix'sDaredevil.
The most noticeable difference between MCU and Netflix suits is the bright yellow mask. This version of the character will wear yellow, similar to the one he wore early in his career in the comics.
With pops of yellow along Matt Murdock's back and arms, this color variation can be seen throughout the suit's body.
TheShe-Hulkcostume appears to be constructed with a less rubbery material, opting for more hard plastic in its place.
Matt Murdock Gets an MCU Upgrade
Matt Murdock has some new additions for his MCU debut, and it is interesting to see how different they are from his Netflix counterpart. Whether or not the Marvel Cinematic Universe Daredevil is the same as the Netflix Universe, this new suit may be the first clue.
It was unclear to the audience whether or not Charlie Cox's iconic character appeared inSpider-Man: No Way Home last year. This may have been on purpose, as Marvel Studios may not have even known it back then.
This bright yellow outfit may finally reveal that this is not Matt Murdock from the Netflix series, with the primary reason for that being the origin of this outfit. On the page, Daredevil's most famous yellow looks come when he is still young in his career, building up to that iconic all-red Daredevil appearance.
So, if the Marvel Cinematic Universe maintains its comics lore, then this might be a less experienced Daredevil than the one seen at the end of the Netflix series. However, given the events in DaredevilSeason 3, and Ben Poindexter/Bullseyeruining the image of the red suit, Murdock might choose something completely different.
Matt Murdock, who plays Charlie Cox in a number of Marvel films, is set to star in a number of other MCU films, including his own series in Daredevil: Born Again. So, if Marvel Studios wanted to do a complete reset on the character after all his Netflix adventures, this would be the time.
On Thursday, August 18, She-Hulk, an attorney at law, makes his debut on Disney+.
