As reports of Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson's separation surfaced, so did speculation that Kim and her ex-husband Kanye West have reunited. Not so, according to a source close to Kim on Friday, August 5. She is not reuniting with him.

A source close to Kim confirmed to HollywoodLife in separate comments. Kim was granted single status by a Los Angeles Court back in March, but legal details of their relationship havent yet been reached. Earlier today, news broke that Kanyes fifth lawyer in the divorce case, Samantha Spector, had been granted her request to be relieved as Kanye's counsel.

According to official documents obtained by HollywoodLife, attorney has demonstrated that he or she has grounds to petition to be relieved as counsel of record and why the attorney has filed a motion under Code of Civil Procedure section 284(2) rather than filing a consent under section 284(1). The action was decided during a trial-setting conference in Los Angeles.

Kim and Kanye, 45, met in the early 2000s, married (in 2014) and have four children; North, 9, Saint,6,Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3. According to a source close to the SKKN skincare magnate, the former couple are doing well without Pete, who is currently filming a film in Australia.
