Fragomen launched a global hybrid working model for hepatitis
#FragomenWorks allows employees to choose and find flexible employees while maintaining their client-centric ethos and approach.
Fragomen launched its hybrid working model to offer its global workforce more flexibility and choice. Fragomen employees can combine work remotely and work by combining their personal preferences with client and business needs. The new program follows a long plan and synthesis of best practice and the future of work in interdisciplinary environments.
Fragomen, the world's leading provider of immigration services and member of the Union of Fragales, is a member and aide of this group and the largest provider, international & international, and international member. Am law 100 and 100, the total, and Am Law Global 100 is the leading legal innovation platform. The new model gives employees the chance to work remotely up to three days per week and gives them a greater flexibility in their working day.
The model will be adopted by all 55 offices around the world, dependent on COVID restrictions and guidelines and in accordance with local labor laws. It was introduced after feedback from employees through survey and focus group discussions.
The modernization is always a central focus at Fragomen. It is smart to apply the same progressive thinking to our people policies as we do on all of the rest of our business", said Vivek Wadhwa,
"We recognize that flexibility and agility is what we need in today's working environment. Working from home is a lot of work, and it is important, together, to have in-person meetings, collaboration between teams, training opportunities on site. We also want to support new joiners and believe that office environments will be conducive to onboarding success."
"Our new approach builds on the great progress we made over the last year, recognizes the incredible work of our people during this time, and leads to a workplace future made possible by what we learned in this unprecedented time. As we open our offices again, a more flexible, hybrid model will save time and impact our sustainability, improving travel and carbon footprint, Wadhwa added.
